Every project needs a domain, paid directly to the registrar. Hosting, database, email and AI costs depend on the chosen platform, commercial terms and usage. We recommend an option before launch and place the accounts in your name. Optional maintenance is for clients who want us to handle updates and technical checks.
What if my site outgrows the free tiers?
We review usage before recommending a platform and document any relevant limits. If a service needs a paid plan later, we explain the options first. An upgrade is your decision and is never made automatically by us.
Do I pay for the domain?
Yes. A domain costs around $12/year, paid directly to the registrar. We guide you through the purchase and configure every DNS record for you.
Are there extra costs with the AI Business plan?
The $799 covers our build and configuration. AI platforms only charge beyond their own free usage — typically around $20–32/month for a knowledge-base assistant — paid directly by you to the platform. We'll share exact numbers before you decide.
Can I start with Starter and add features later?
Absolutely. Booking, queue management, analytics or the AI assistant can be added anytime as your business grows, so you never pay for features you don't need yet.
